Hello, I’m Joslyn Gardner,

I’m so thrilled you are interested in joining us on our Transform You 7 Day Retreat in Bali between 18^th and 24^th May 2019.

I would love to have you join us as I have planned a program that is designed to inspire, intrigue and, perhaps take you a little outside your comfort zone. All you need to bring is an open heart and pack a big smile.

Our Resort is secluded, surrounded by true Balinese Culture. Your rooms are spacious and welcoming, and Mountains, Palms, and rice fields are the view from your private balcony. Each room has Tea and coffee facilities and a unique outdoor/indoor bathroom, you will absolutely love.

We have organic cooking classes, Sharma Healing sessions, village walks planned. We will be visiting the local school to donate gifts of school supplies as part of our “Pack with a Purpose” program!

No visit to Bali would be complete without visiting a Balinese Spa for some relaxation and pampering! We have 2 ½ hrs booked for you to enjoy a luxurious massage, which will be followed by a personalised Chakra Healing. On site, there is a Spa you can book for daily relaxation if you desire! I Love massages and the Balinese do these so well. Indulge while you are here!

Excursions: We have included trips to the world-renowned Pyramids of Chi, Monkey Forest, Water Palace, but our Tour Guides are flexible, so we can add, take out or substitute as required.

But, truly, I believe one reason to join us…. Our retreats are small, initiate and focussed on you and allowing you the space to connect with yourself and with other members of our group. We want you to develop a friendship network with the likeminded supportive women sharing this journey with you. Our goal is to help you have an amazing experience that you will remember for life. I love to travel and have travelled since I was 20. Alone, it can be boring and scary.. in a group you have safety, more laughs, a whole different experience… and someone to take your photo!!

Rest and Relaxation

Our Venue is a small boutique hotel, 20 minutes from Ubud in rural, traditional Bali. It is set in tropical beauty in the heart of the rice terraces, traditional villages and cool green hills north of Ubud.

You will enjoy fresh cleansing organic meals prepared from food grown within the Retreat grounds.

Included in your package is 2 ½ hours of indulgent pampering at Karsa Spa and there is plenty of free time to enable you to ‘chill and unwind’. However, You are on holiday so we know that you will want to meet the local people, shop till you drop and do a couple sightseeing tours, so we have also arranged activities – some included, some optional, so you can do as much or as little as you want.

By the end of our Transform You retreat you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for life.

The Venue

We will be about 20 minutes from Ubud, close enough to shop, to immerse ourselves in the tourist markets and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the true Balinese culture. We will take walks through the rice paddies, visit a local village and enjoy organic food, picked straight from the garden at all our meals. This is a cultural experience that is authentically Balinese.

Our rooms are light and airy with both air conditioning and en-suites. There is lots of space and the garden showers is delightful Balinese experience. If you are lucky, you may even have a bathtub. All rooms have a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities, lovely views over the beautiful pool or garden and are enclosed in beautiful tropical greenery. There is Free Wi-Fi available in your room.

Our Retreat has its own organic garden from which they get a lot of their produce for the meals.

The Chef is happy to share his hints and tips with you.

There is a beautiful pool to laze around, sharing an experience and making new friends, a drink in one hand, warm sun, calm and peaceful surroundings. What more could a girl want!

Your Retreat Facilitator

Joslyn Gardiner is a passionate about making a difference and is the co-owner of Life Change Retreats and Transformations Coaching & Hypnotherapy.

Joslyn is a Workshop and Retreat facilitator, Clinical hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Speaker.

Joslyn loves sport, bush walks, strolling along a beach, massages, facials (any sort of pampering really), sunsets, African wild life safaris, meditating, a glass of Red wine, RooiBos tea, wine gums and dried fruit!

Being lucky enough to have travelled extensively over many years has allowed Joslyn to take others on a journey of transformation, learning and discovering who they are whilst immersed in foreign cultures and traditions often taking them out of their comfort zones.

Married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren, Joslyn has discovered the world belongs to those that take action. Change is inevitable, and as Warren Buffett says: “The chains of habit are too light to feel until they are too heavy to be broken.” Breaking habits gives your Freedom and Confidence.

As women we lead busy lives ‘trying to be everything to everybody’ and while giving so much to others we forget that we also need to take time out to relax, to reflect and then transform who we are so we can keep supporting others. By taking the time to do simple things, like just laugh at nothing, enjoy a glass of wine, lounge around a pool, sleep in! There is nothing expected of you, nothing you have to do or be… just be you! Relax and allow us to support you, as you have supported so many others (and still do!) This is 7 days to simply ‘BE’ to bring out the ‘little girl’ within and let her play!
